We invite submissions that report empirical research, articulate clear research questions or hypotheses, describe the research design and methodology, provide theoretical contributions, and present preliminary or anticipated findings.
There are three submission categories:
- talks (20 minutes + 10 minutes for discussion)
- posters
- panel discussions (50 minutes + 10 minutes for discussion).
The authors should specify their preference for talks or posters in the submission, but the program committee may suggest a different category.
Topics and participants (3-5) for panel discussions are proposed by the author of the submission, who will also chair the discussion.
How to submit:
Abstracts should be submitted through EasyAbs maintained by the LINGUIST List here.
All abstracts (talk, poster, panel discussion) should adhere to the following guidelines:
- should be 400–500 words in length, excluding an additional page with a list of references, examples, tables, or figures;
- should include 5 semicolon-separated keywords below the title;
- should be submitted as PDF files, in English, anonymised, and without obvious self-references. Please remove your name from the metadata of the submitted file;
- each person may submit only one paper as the first author or co-author; aside from that, the same person can also join a panel discussion.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process, evaluated on originality, relevance, quality, and adherence to the submission requirements.
Please note that automatic email confirmations are not sent. Your submission is saved, and you can review or track its status anytime under Abstract Status / My Submissions in your account menu.
